MACARONI AND VIENNA

INGREDIENTS
Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Main Ingredient: Chicken Vienna Sausages
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil,divided
Quater cup chopped yellow onion
7 ounces dry macaroni, uncooked
3 cans (8 oz each) Tomato Sauce (or diced tomatoes)
Quater cup chopped green bell pepper
1 pack of Eureka Vienna Sausages, drained, cut into half-inch pieces
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 cup water
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion and Eureka chicken sausages; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet; set aside.
- Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil, macaroni and garlic to skillet. Stir to coat macaroni with oil; cook over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until macaroni is golden brown, stirring constantly.
- Stir in tomato sauce and water; return Eureka chicken sausage mixture to skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
