Eureka Chicken Vienna

A pack of Eureka chicken vienna sausages
130g Eureka Chicken Vienna Sausages
2 tbsp Pineapple preserves
4 tbsp Honey
Mayonnaise
1 Package Small rolls
250 g Mustard
Ketchup
Shoestring potato chips

Method

  1. Combine the pineapple preserves, mustard and honey to make a pineapple sauce
  2. Open the rolls, spread them with the pineapple sauce and place the Eureka Vienna Sausages in the middle
  3. Top with ketchup and mayonnaise. Decorate with the shoestring potatoes chips to add a crispy, delicious touch.
