4 large eggs
Half cup(s) water or milk
2-3 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 teaspoon(s) scotch bonnet pepper finely chopped
Quater cup(s) green sweet pepper diced
Quater teaspoon(s) Grace Caribbean Traditions Black Pepper
4 Eureka Vienna Sausage
Quater cup(s) red sweet pepper diced (optional)
Quater cup(s) chopped escallion
1 small onion chopped
Half teaspoon(s) salt
2 tablespoon(s) Grace Margarine
Method
- Whisk eggs lightly, cut Eureka Chicken Vienna Sausages into small pieces and add to the whisked eggs.
- Add water, sweet peppers, scallion, scotch bonnet pepper, onion, salt and black pepper and mix well.
- Heat sauté pan, add Margarine and allow to melt.
- Pour in the egg mixture and stir frequently until the mixture sets.
