VIENNA AND VEGETABLES ON STICKS

INGREDIENTS
Mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce together and serve on the side with the chicken Vienna sticks.

Main Ingredient: Eureka chicken Vienna
600 g Eureka chicken Vienna, cut into 2cm pieces
Half red pepper, cubed
4 skewer sticks
60 ml sweet chilli sauce
5 ml olive oil
1 onion, peeled and cut into chunks
Half green pepper, cubed
Dipping sauce
30 ml soya sauce
Method
- Thread pieces of chicken Vienna onto the skewer stick, alternating with the vegetables
- Pan fry the sticks on medium heat until it is done to your preference.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce together and serve on the side with the chicken Vienna sticks.
