INGREDIENTS

Mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce together and serve on the side with the chicken Vienna sticks.

Eureka Chicken Vienna

A pack of Eureka chicken vienna sausages
600 g Eureka chicken Vienna, cut into 2cm pieces
Half red pepper, cubed
4 skewer sticks
60 ml sweet chilli sauce
5 ml olive oil
1 onion, peeled and cut into chunks
Half green pepper, cubed
Dipping sauce
30 ml soya sauce

Method

  1. Thread pieces of chicken Vienna onto the skewer stick, alternating with the vegetables
  2. Pan fry the sticks on medium heat until it is done to your preference.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce together and serve on the side with the chicken Vienna sticks.
